“We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. “Kendra was wonderful, but she was the highlight of the visit. The website advertises complimentary wine upon check-in as well as a host a amenities. We were expecting a 4 or 5 star experience given the enormous price paid for a single room. There was no wine offered at check-in. The jacuzzi was broken. The mini-golf and outdoor activities were not useable...no balls, a completely un-maintained area, etc. The room was nice, but staring up at the HVAC vents showed spider webs and dust. ……

“The Boho Hotel should be called the Hobo Hotel because the rooms are dirty and rundown. The bathroom had water damage and mold growth near the shower. The carpets had stains on them, and the front entry door was warped. The place was short-staffed, and those folks seemed overwhelmed and didn't have any answers. They were completely clueless. Hobo hotel fees were obscene, given the lack of quality of the rooms. The cocktails were expensive and seemed to be missing some key ingredi ents.”
